Meet Our Founders:

Garrett Pattiani and Thomas "Tommy" Bassett, the visionary minds behind Synergy Haus, bring a wealth of experience in business and hospitality.

Tommy's entrepreneurial journey began with owning successful hair salons in Utah before taking on the challenge of launching the Cosmopolitan Hotel Spa in Las Vegas. As a top trainer for L'Oreal Hair, Tommy traveled extensively, sharing his expertise on stages in front of large audiences. His deep understanding of the beauty and hospitality industry has been instrumental in shaping Synergy Haus' approach to creating immersive experiences.

Garrett's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through his involvement in various successful ventures. As the co-owner of QVegas Magazine, Las Vegas' largest and oldest LGBTQ+ publication, he has demonstrated his commitment to fostering inclusivity and diversity. Garrett has also gained invaluable experience in the hospitality sector, having worked across different areas of major hotels and casinos in Las Vegas, including restaurants, day clubs, nightclubs, clothing retail, and even lifeguarding. Additionally, his passion for creativity led him to co-found a Holiday Lighting Company at the age of 21, which he now operates alongside his best friend, Tommy.

Our Journey and Successes:

Synergy Haus embarked on its first contract in October 2022 with The Palms Hotel and Casino for their Pride Pool Party and HalloQween Party at Ghostbar. The resounding success of these events paved the way for an ongoing partnership, leading to the creation of the highly acclaimed monthly party, GLAM. Through GLAM, we have welcomed renowned celebrity guests, showcased amazing entertainers, and celebrated fabulous fashion, consistently delivering unparalleled experiences.
